Cluster development is recognised internationally as a core approach to building a modern economy.
In New Zealand, the challenge of building networks of collaboration in an environment of constant change is enormous. EDANZ recognises however that through collaborating to grow and compete, regions can combine resources across sectors and across regional boundaries.
South Island Study Tour - 9-11 December 2009
The EDANZ South Island study tour is a new initiative which we hope to run every year in a different region.
It's an opportunity for members to see how EDAs operate in other regions, and will give you and/or your staff the chance to learn from others, share good practice ideas and build-cross regional relationships.
