Cancellation

If a delegate is unable to attend and cancels their registration, a refund of registration fees (less $25.00 +GST service charge) will be made, for cancellations received in writing by Monday 2 August 2010. After this date we regret that no refunds will be made. Delegate substitutions however, are permitted up to and including the day of the conference. Please inform Catherine Leong of any changes.
