Registration for the EDANZ National Forum is available now online.

There are options for both 2-day and 1-day regsitration, as well as additional dinner tickets for partners, additional attendees or for those with a 1-day registration only.

Full Forum Registration

Earlybird - Up to 30 July 2010

  • EDANZ member $652.50 incl. GST ($580 +GST)
  • Non-member $787.50 incl. GST ($700 +GST)

Please note re Earlybird: All earlybird registrations must be accompanied by full payment by the deadline 27 July 2010, otherwise your registration fee will automatically change to the standard fee.

Standard - From 1 August 2010

  • EDANZ member $765.00 incl. GST ($700 +GST)
  • Non-member $900.00 incl. GST ($800 +GST)

Includes:

  • Attendance at all forum sessions
  • All conference papers and a DVD of all sessions
  • Morning and afternoon teas
  • Lunches
  • Forum dinner

One-day Registration

  • All delegates $405.00 incl. GST ($360.00 +GST)

Includes:

  • Attendance at the day forum sessions
  • All conference papers and a DVD of all sessions
  • Morning and afternoon tea
  • Lunch

Forum Dinner (included in full forum registration)

  • Otherwise: $135 incl. GST ($120 +GST)

For partners, those with day registration, or additional tickets

 


Online Registration & Payment Details:

Payment can be made by credit card or an invoice can be sent on request.

Once you have completed the registration process, a summary of your registration will be e-mailed automatically and a tax invoice will be emailed within seven days. You may contact us to amend your details until one month prior to the forum.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a delegate is unable to attend and cancels their registration, a refund of registration fees (less $25.00 +GST service charge) will be made, for cancellations received in writing by Monday 2 August 2010. After this date we regret that no refunds will be made. Delegate substitutions however, are permitted up to and including the day of the conference.
