Forum Venue

This year’s Annual EDA Forum is being held at Te Papa in Wellington, conveniently located within easy walking distance to the heart of the city. The recommended hotels are all within very short walking distance of the venue and offer a price range to suit everyone.

Dinner Venue

The dinner venue is a short walk away from the forum venue and is located between two of the recommended hotels.

Mobile Phones

Please ensure mobile phones are turned off or on silent prior to going into sessions. Calls and text messages disturb the speaker and audience.

Parking

Parking is available at Te Papa. Charges are per hour and full day rate only. Discount tickets (25% off delegates’ car parking) can be picked up at registration. To view the charges, please click on the following link – Parking Charges at Te Papa.

Registration

Your forum pack will be available for collection from the Registration Desk located on Level 4 from 8.30am on Thursday 26 August 2010.

Refreshments

All day catering (pre-session, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) is included in your registration and will be served in the catering area at the Forum.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the Forum or function venues.

Special Requirements

Please give details of any special diet or disability assistance required on your registration form.

Weather

August is winter in Wellington and with our temperate climate you should definitely pack a warm coat in your suitcase and umbrella or rain gear. The mean daily maximum is 14 degrees Celsius in August and evenings are cold.
